How does the masterclass work?

Each week you unlock a new pre-recorded module packed with actionable strategies. We gather for a 60-minute live session every Wednesday to debrief, ask questions, and workshop your assignment. Between sessions, your community is available throughout for peer feedback, template swaps, and on-demand help. In Week 8, you’ll present your plan and get real-time coaching to ensure you leave ready to implement.

Who should be joining?

This is built for Director-level (and above) professionals in advancement operations, fundraising, or donor stewardship at education, healthcare, foundation, and other nonprofit organizations. If you’re responsible for scaling fund management, implementing gift strategies, or building impact reports, and you want a practical, community-driven path to growth, this is for you.

What will I get from the program?

You’ll walk away with a goal-defined maturity roadmap, a library of editable templates (from case-for-support narratives to donor-impact reports), and a hands-on playbook to drive mission-first fund management. Plus, you’ll gain a network of peers, live feedback on your real-world challenges, and a rollout plan you can share with your team.

What if I miss a week?

No sweat. Every live workshop is recorded and uploaded within 24 hours, and you can submit questions to the community at any time. You’ll always have access to the lesson videos, slide decks, templates, and community threads so you can catch up on your schedule without falling behind.
